Mrs Ellis joins the community with her husband, Chris, who teaches French and German in the Prep School, and her two children who are in Pre-Prep.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I enjoy reading and listening to music; I love playing netball and enjoyed coaching many teams during my time in the UK. I also love travelling with my family and discovering new places. A random fact about myself… I can play the bagpipes!
What was the biggest draw behind your move here?
I love what RST stands for – “the whole person, the whole point” was what drew us to the school.
What were your first impressions of the school?
Everyone has been welcoming and friendly – we feel very lucky to be part of such a positive and dynamic community.
Have there been any particular highlights of the move so far?
It has been wonderful to get back into the classroom and back to an almost normal routine. The children at RST are very polite, motivated and hard-working. I have been really impressed with them!
