Governing Body of Rugby School Thailand

The Governing Body of Rugby School Thailand has overall responsibility for the strategic
development of the School. Governors are appointed by the owners of the School and by Rugby School International Limited, Rugby School’s international arm.

The leadership and management of Rugby School Thailand is delegated to the Principal, who
reports to the Governing Body through the Chair.

Since 1989, Mr Yodyiam has served The Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage. He shares his professional experience as a special lecturer at several universities and institutions across Thailand. Yodyiam has received an impressive number of awards including the Member of Gargoyle Society (1981), Bradley and Bradley Award (1982) and Best Professional Alumnus from Faculty of Architecture, Chulalongkorn University (1993). In 2005, he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Architectural Philosophy from Khon Kaen University.

Sir John Robert Madejski

Honorary Chairman of Reading F.C.
Sir John Robert Madejski founded Thames Valley Trader (later renamed Auto Trader) in 1976, and partnered with the Guardian Media Group in 1982 to give the title national exposure. In 1998, he sold his company, Hurst Publishing, for £174 million. As well as owning a large number of luxury cars, Madejski became chairman of Reading F.C. in 1990. The club was later taken over by a Thai consortium but Madejski remains actively involved as an honorary life president.

Nursery teacher

Debbie joins us as a Nursery teacher. She holds a Bachelor of Education Degree and comes to us with a range of experience working in both China and the UK.

Debbie has a keen passion to promote STEAM in the Early Years, as these fun and challenging activities allow the children to use their problem solving skills to shape the world around them. 

Debbie joins us with her husband and 2 children, aged 6 and 8, who will be joining the Pre-Prep and Prep schools.
